Waterproof Flexible Metal Conduit & Fitting
Waterproof Flexible Metal Conduits and Fittings (IP66/IP67)
Kaiflex waterproof flexible metal conduits protect cables against water, moisture, and oil where standard conduit would not last. The range is rated IP66/IP67 and is widely used for outdoor wiring, food processing lines, and marine environments. Each conduit combines a flexible metal core for mechanical strength with a sealed outer jacket, and is paired with liquid tight fittings for a complete, watertight cable protection system.
What You Will Find in This Category
- Square-lock conduit, galvanized steel: PAG13PVC (PVC jacket), PAG13PU (PU jacket), and PAG13LSZH (LSZH jacket).
- Square-lock conduit, stainless steel: PAS13PVC with PVC jacket, for more corrosive environments.
- Liquid tight conduit: PLTG13PVC (square-lock) and PLTG23PVC, PLTG23PU, PLTG23LSZH (interlocked galvanized steel).
- Quick-assembly fittings: AZ01 fixed type and AZ05 rotating type.
- Waterproof and liquid tight fittings: AZ09 fixed type, AZ11 rotating type, AS60 stainless steel male threaded, and AZ60, AZ61, AZ62, AZ63 in straight male, straight female, EMT connector, and elbow male configurations.
How to Choose the Right Jacket and Material
PVC is the general-purpose choice for outdoor and wet areas. PU suits applications that need better flexibility and abrasion resistance. LSZH is for places where low smoke and zero halogen emission also matter, such as tunnels and public buildings. Choose galvanized steel for most installations, and stainless steel where corrosion resistance is the priority. Finally, match the conduit with a fitting that suits your connection point: threaded for enclosures and ports, an EMT connector for EMT conduit, and an elbow where the cable must turn at the entry.
